Escursione effettuabile da Bishkek in abbinamento ad un viaggio in Kirghizistan

1 Day  Bishkek – Almaty city tour (250 km). In the morning, after breakfast, we drive to Almaty. Crossing Kazakh-Kyrgyz border takes about one hour on the way to Almaty.We will drive on the edge of the great fabulous Kazakh Steppe passing herds of horses, flocks of sheep… The steppe extends more than 2,200 km from the area east of the Caspian Depression and north of the Aral Sea, all the way to the Altai Mountains. Upon arrival to Almaty check in hotel.After lunch we start Almaty sightseeing tour. Almaty may have lost its status as capital of Kazakhstan, but it remains the country’s first city, cultural, educational, tourist and business capital and main transport hub. This beautiful town at the foot of the emerald Tian-Shan Mountains is rightly called a garden city. We visit Panfilov’s Park with Zenkov’s Orthodox Cathedral, Great Patriotic War Memorial. Overnight in a hotel in Almaty.

 Day 2. Excursion to Medeo, Chymbulak (40 km). After breakfast we drive to Medeo world famous skating rink, situated in a mountain gorge near the city. En route information about flora and fauna of the park, Tien Shan ( Alatau) mountains, high mountain dam to protect the valley from mud slide. We may go on a hiking tour upstairs to the top of the dam to enjoy the view of northern Tien Shan Mountains and Medeo valley. Then transfer to Chymbulak ski resort 2230 m above sea level to have a ride on cable car up to 3160m. Lunch in a local café.After excursion drive back to Almaty to continue sightseeing at Abay State Opera and Ballet Theatre, Central Museum with Ethnographic and Archaeological departments and we will see the Independence Monument in Republic Square, Central Mosque.Dinner in a local restaurant. Overnight in a hotel in Almaty. 

Day 3.Almaty – Bishkek  or Tashkent. After breakfast drive to Bishkek or transfer to the airport to catch  flight to tashekent  departure at 09:45; arrival at 10:35 to Tashkent.
